All invoices must be paid in full before any design work is completed on the following services:
- Logo design
- Printable designs
- Social media
- Video adverts
- Google business
All website require a £50 deposit to be made before completing the website. After completion the final invoice will be sent.
1. Agreement: By engaging you agree to the following terms and conditions for the prepayment of invoices before any design work is initiated.
2. Payment Terms: Client agrees to make full payment of the invoice provided by Ashford Marketing and Design before any design work, consultation, or services commence. The invoice will be sent to the client detailing the total cost of the project, including all applicable taxes and fees.
3. Payment Methods: Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods specified on the invoice, which may include credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, or other methods as agreed upon by both parties.
4. Commencement of Work: Design work, consultation, or services will begin only after the full payment has been received and confirmed by Ashford Marketing and Design. No work will be initiated until the payment is successfully processed.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable. In the event of project cancellation by the client before the commencement of work, the payment will not be refunded.
6. Project Scope: The project scope, including deliverables, timelines, and any other relevant details, will be defined in a separate agreement or contract. Changes to the project scope may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before any additional work is undertaken.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final design(s) provided by Ashford Marketing and Design, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Any preliminary or draft designs that are not selected by the client will remain the intellectual property of Ashford Marketing and Design.
9. Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold Ashford Marketing and Design harmless against any claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the client’s use of the design work.
